Roll Over Mozart · last updated 14 September 2026

Roll Over Mozart collects nothing. No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no crash reporting of its own. The app contains no code that sends anything anywhere.

What stays on your device

The piece you roll, the instrument and the tempo you choose, and the MIDI and PDF files the app writes for sharing all live on your device only. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is readable by me or by anyone else.

When you share a piece

Share MIDI and the PDF of the score hand the file to the standard iOS share sheet. From that point the app you pick, such as Mail or Files, decides what happens to it, under its own privacy policy. The file never passes through a server of mine.

Links out of the app

Each composer's info sheet has two links, to the original print on IMSLP and to the composer on Wikipedia. Following one opens your browser at that site, which has its own privacy policy. The app tells those sites nothing about you beyond the fact that a browser requested a page.

Children

Because the app collects no data at all, it collects none from children either.

Changes

If a future version ever does collect something, this page will say so before that version is released, and the change will be visible in the app's privacy details on the App Store.
